Rose City United Volleyball is a Windsor-Essex not-for-profit club founded in 2019 to create meaningful opportunities for girls through volleyball. We are committed to a welcoming, competitive environment where athletes develop their skills, confidence, teamwork and resilience. Mark Drouillard is the founder and Club Director of Rose City United Volleyball. He leads club operations and is the head coach of the 16U United White team for the 2026–27 season.
Jen Drouillard is the co-founder and Assistant Club Director of Rose City United Volleyball. She supports club operations and is an assistant coach of the 16U United White team for the 2026–27 season.
Ron Mailloux is the Vice President of Rose City United Volleyball. He provides executive leadership and is the head coach of the 18U United Mailloux team for the 2026–27 season.
Mark Dupuis is the Fundraising Coordinator for Rose City United Volleyball. He leads club fundraising and supports initiatives that strengthen opportunities for our athletes.
